Voyzen provides website hosting and development services designed for small businesses. Our services include:

- Subdomain hosting (e.g., yourbusiness.voyzen.com)
- Secure SSL certificate for all hosted websites
- Reliable uptime and performance monitoring
- Regular backups and data protection
2.2 Website Development
- Custom website development based on your business needs
- Product and service customization
- Mobile-responsive design
- Professional website templates
2.3 Additional Services
- Email accounts (5GB storage per account, up to 4 accounts)
- Free domain linking (you provide your own domain)
- Customer support via email and WhatsApp
- Optional SEO and marketing services (separate pricing)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Account Security
You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password for your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Not share your account credentials with third parties
- Maintain the accuracy of your account information
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay fees when due. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
4. Payment and Billing
4.1 Pricing and Fees
All fees are charged in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED). Our pricing plans include:
- Starter Plan: 149 AED for 3 years of hosting and development
- Premium Plan: 349 AED for lifetime hosting and development
Additional services (custom domains, SEO, marketing) may incur separate fees as specified at the time of purchase.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and authorizing payment for the selected plan.
4.3 Billing Cycle
Starter Plan: One-time payment covers 3 years of service. Premium Plan: One-time payment covers lifetime service. All fees are due upfront at the time of purchase.
4.4 Refunds
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally:
- Refunds may be considered within 30 days of purchase if service has not been substantially utilized
- No refunds for services already delivered or after the service period has begun
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@voyzen.com
- Processing fees may apply to refunds
4.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal. You will be notified of any price changes in advance.
5. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
5.1 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content, data, and materials you upload, publish, or display on your Voyzen-hosted website. You warrant that:
- You own or have the legal right to use all content you provide
- Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)
- Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Your content is not defamatory, obscene, or harmful
5.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
- Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Collect or harvest information about other users
- Use automated systems to access our services without permission
5.3 Content Monitoring
While we do not actively monitor all content, we reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. We may take action, including account suspension or termination, without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and upload to your website. By using our services, you grant Voyzen a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
6.2 Voyzen's Intellectual Property
All Voyzen services, software, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property are owned by Voyzen or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our express written permission.
7. Service Availability and Uptime
We strive to provide reliable and continuous service availability. However, we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- 100% uptime (though we aim for 99.9% availability)
- Immediate resolution of all technical issues
We are not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or data loss resulting from maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures).
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
8.1 Service Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyzen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Voyzen in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Voyzen, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you upload or publish
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in fraudulent activity
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We may delete your account data and content after a reasonable retention period, except where required by law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Voyzen regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
